Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once a game key has been revealed or redeemed. However, we stand behind our products and will work with you on valid issues.

1. Eligible for Refund

  • Key has already been revealed or redeemed

  • Violation of terms of service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:
